The primary language of the application is English and so all function keys, instructions, and descriptions of sounds are given in English. However, the users may decide to display the above elements in their own native language, just as they may decide to see all the practiced English words, phrases, and sentences translated into their selected native language. This is possible thanks to foreign language add-ons which will be included in the application one by one. About the course

The "Say It Right" program was put on the market in 2010 and was addressed to Polish students aware of the fact that learning English must include spending time on discovering the principles of correct pronunciation, particularly that this element is often neglected in English language classes or during various English courses, while – paradoxically – it is pronunciation that is the most frequent source of miscommunication. One can often hear an opinion that learning pronunciation is a waste of time because even if we speak English with a heavy foreign accent, people will still understand us. Unfortunately, it is quite the opposite. First, if we pronounce words incorrectly, even native speakers may have troubles understanding what we want to say and, second, our chances of understanding others, especially native speakers of English – the British, the Americans, the Irish, the Australians, Canadians and others are much smaller.

For whom

Singers and actors
Radio and television journalists
Program editors
Speech therapists and related specialists
Scientists
Managers of companies
Pilots and personnel of commercial airlines
Tour guides and hotel staff
Schools
Companies and organizations
Politicians
Call center personnel

Pronunciation is important

One can sometimes hear an opinion that in order to communicate in a foreign language successfully, one needs to learn the vocabulary and grammar, above all. However, as reported by numerous researches, two thirds of all communication problems among non-native speakers of English result from errors in pronunciation.
